I am beyond humbled and so appreciative to receive a Service Recognition Coin from Jan May, Admin. Program Coordinator for Intensive Care and Resuscitation. Our shared success in staffing is a direct result of the partnership between our departments. It has been and continues to be my pleasure to recruit our Critical Care Intensivists to join our CCF family. This means so much to me, and I am so thankful to have received this thoughtful gesture as I celebrate my four years at Cleveland Clinic. #clevelandclinic

Why Internal Medicine? In this video, Joseph, an RN on H81, talks about the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and patient needs, the close collaboration of teams, and the "great coworkers". There's good conversation and great teamwork, on the unit and during team outings. That's why, after three years on H81, he does not see himself leaving any time soon. Curious about H81 and how we can help you get in touch with the reason you got into nursing? Let's talk.#ClevelandClinic

Do you or someone you know in the health care field work with people who have had a stroke? As a part of my job with MNBIA/MSA I am helping recruit possible breakout session presenters. Some topics of interest and ideas include: Innovations in stroke care interventionsPost stroke care- best practices and supports when discharging patients to home, rehabilitation supports for improving physical or cognitive changes post strokeHealth Equity- providing culturally sensitive/informed care in the hospital setting as well as in outpatient careSecondary prevention- creative and effective ways to encourage patients to follow prevention recommendations, updates on prevention guidelines, primary prevention efforts that healthcare facilities can engage with And more, this is not a complete list but just some ideas to get your started with brainstorming. #Stroke #StrokeEducation #Conference #Healthcare #HealthEquity

A business analyst would say a company that does not invest in itself is dying. These actions would only leave us the constituents to believe, that this is deliberate neglect of health care in Fort McMurray. By these actions we can only assume ( I say assume because as you can see in this video there is no clear and direct communication which leads us only to assumptions) that our current Government is complicent and content in the degradation of Fort McMurray, therefore the emulsion of the liberal/ndp idea of destroying Fort McMurray has united with conservatives what other logical conclusions can we come to, considering these actions we should just call it what it is the Uniparty.

What a story! One that we need to share broadly! The Ensign Pennant partnership! We are cut from the same cloth. Parellel core values, both organizations together on a mission to improve the care continuum. To provide life changing service in the post acute space. Our skilled nursing partners hosted some of us this week where we openly talked about what we need to do in order to improve our care across our organizations. Main takeaways- these are true partners, we need to embrace the EPCC partnership and treat them like cluster partners. Learn their buisness, meet often, share best practices, assist with opportunities and collaborate on new and innovative ideas on how to improve our care continuums, but most of all….tell the story. We have had significant growth in both Skilled nursing and HH Hospice we need to ensure our new employees know this relationship! So….tell the story!
